Love The Oceans is a proud Partner of the World Cetacean Alliance.

Minorities In Shark Science

Fintastic

All our profits will be sent to Love the Oceans, a non-profit organisation based in Guinjata Bay, Mozambique, of which we are a supporting partner.

Swim Tayka

Swim Tayka is an international swimming charity that helps teach swimming around the world by sending qualified instructors to selected projects. They send instructors to help us with our intense swimming workshops which we run with our local swimming kids in August annually.

EverCare

EveryCare is partnering with Love The Oceans and University of Leeds to run a coral reef research project. They'll also be funding training of our Ocean Conservation Champions as scuba divers to help with this research.

PADI

PADI kindly sponsors us the qualifications for our Ocean Conservation Champions, Eduardo Mondlane Students and our MISS fellows on an annual basis. Their support means we can work to get more Mozambicans in the water and diversify the diving industry.

EQUIPMENT SPONSORS

Red Paddle Co

Red Paddle Co sponsors all our Stand Up Paddleboards which we use to help research our whale population and as free-diving platforms. Red have been extremely supportive of our work and we really appreciate the boards they have sponsored!

Fourth Element

Fourth Element have sponsored our team wetsuits, fins, mask, rashies, skinsuits and booties. Through their equipment sponsorship they're supporting our work to qualify more Mozambicans as divers and ocean champions of the future.

DJI

DJI have sponsored us three drones for our whale and turtle surveys. These drones make beach surveys for nesting turtles much easier and more efficient allowing us to protect more nests. For whale surveys we can now positively identify pod dynamics and get more accurate information on our whales.

Bird Eyewear

Bird have sponsored our team with responsible, recycled, marine-resistant sunglasses for our boat work. Good eyewear is really important with the high levels of UV rays we regularly have in our eyes reflected off the water.

Osprey Europe

Osprey has supplied our team with multiple backpacks to ensure we're well equipped to complete our field work. We love Osprey's responsible and practical ethos!

One Green Bottle

One Green Bottle has sponsored our team amazing insulated bottles which means we can stay hydrated throughout our work! The insulated bottles means cold water stays cold which is just what's needed in our climate!

Subwing

Subwing has sponsored us two subwings to conduct drag snorkels and map our reefs in the area! These pieces of equipment are very fun to use but also help us with our conservation work!

Zoggs

LTO has initiated the first ever free swimming lessons in our area and Zoggs has supported us by supplying numerous floats and goggles for the children and adults we teach.

Catalina Lodge

Catalina Lodge is a lodge local to us in Mozambique. Catalina is one of our main sponsors for the work we do at the local schools. Their consistent sponsorship has enabled us to continue our work at both Guinjata and Paindane School. They also offer luxury accommodation.

Buehler

Buehler sponsored LTO by donating a Buehler Isomet Low Speed Saw and shipping it to South Africa for us! They continue to supply us with products enabling us to process samples while in Mozambique.
